30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@elyforo.com or call us at +1 (702) 897-3043 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping Elyforo LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email. You simply need to print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Restocking Fee Elyforo LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Process Once we receive your returned item and complete an inspection, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at support@elyforo.com or +1 (702) 897-3043. Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item, along with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before they enter the shipping process (which is usually within 1-2 business days of order placement). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
Payment Methods Elyforo LLC accepts payments via Credit/Debit Cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely.
Domestic Shipping Only Please note that Elyforo LLC currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, and therefore, returns can only be processed from addresses within the US.
